European shoppers will now be privy to a better equipped, nicer version of Fiat Strada compact pickup truck. Named the Strada by Lumberjack, this special edition is named not for profession of felling trees, but for the manufacturing company of outdoor apparel and shoes. The all new Strada pickup truck is based on Strada Adventure model and is allegedly perfect for those who are investing in green economy, those living in rural mountain communities and who are rooted in their land, including vineyard owners and farmers.

Lumberjack-specific updates start with unique badges, distinctive “Lumberjack red” paint, a roof rack, 15-inch alloy wheels and power mirrors. The bed gets tie-down hooks and special scratch-resistance coating. The cabin inside gets floor mats with Lumberjack logos, new instruments with inclinometer and compass and leather seats. Standard features include climate control, ABS, an “E-Locker” differential which can switch Strada from rear to all-wheel drive and foglamps. Motivation for the Strada comes from a 1.3-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder diesel engine, which is good for pulsating 95 horsepower with 148 pound feet of torque. The engine is mated to five-speed manual transmission. It weighs between 2750 and 2827 pounds, depending on crew cab or the long cab body style. The company claims that once properly equipped, it can provide up to 1463 pounds of payload capacity and 2200 pounds of towing capacity.
